I want to use this media to thank eevry one that has make this E-conference a success. i also want to thank our moderators of the last two weeks for a job well done,and to welcome the new moderators for this third week, in the person of Zscolt Feher and Klas Anderlind. I want to say that this task assign to them is a great opportunuty for them to contribute to the development of the entire world.

I want to contribute to this week developmental topic on nations building, i want each and every one to know that for there to be a positive change in our environment and the world at large,we must first be the change we want to see in our environment. I believe, on the contrary, that business must be part of the solution. In fact business community holds the key to many of the problem our world is facing today. Democratic development business can be at the root for economic growth any where and provide the wherewithal for social progress. By producing and marketing products,business provide jobs and opportunities,it creates wealth, it increases spending powerand can improve the condition , education society. Many would say business don't need cial conscience,butsocial commitment by the business communitycan have a direct impart on the health and the well being of the people. the business community can also make an important contribution in promoting a positive trading environment. For poor nations,trade offers the quickest and the most effective route towards development. That is why it is vital for them to have access to rich countries' markets.

We all have to be concious of our relatively disadvantaged position in terms of progress and potential capability to bring about a better life for our citizen, let us look at African countries as a case study, they have adopted series of development strategies. On the whole, some have worked other were complete failure. But i believe that some of this strategies need to be put in place again. African countries can still set up good development strategy that can help developed our society. i want to say that so many developing nations will develop if only these indutralized countries will allow them fully in to their market. They should give them full access to their market.I believe that we can record success if only , each country need to organize herself for a nuited and sustained internal effort to overcome underdevelopment and dependency, achieve economic growth with distributive justice and modenize its society in a manner appropriate to its culture and the aspirations of her people. The harnessing of the national potential calls for a clear definition of the long term and interim objectives of the strategy to be adopted and policies to be followed. Iit calls for determine action but also for flexibility in tactics.

I want to say that development is an inside thing and not an out side thin,it is not to be imposed on any one.


I am the president of Talented Youths International., some of my members has been involved in series of projects, as to help developed the young people in of community.

Last year we had a project on thew need to fight against anti-social vices that will be a problem to sustainable development, surc as HIV/AIDS, CRIME AND THE NEED TO MOVE WITH THE TREND OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. So far last year we are able to record success,because we where able to move to so many communities and we where able to enlighten so many people, about the dengar this anti-social vice will posed to our society.

This year we are having another project that will be coming up in may,we allow it to be in may,so that we can have more time to plan well. This empowerment workshop is to empower the youths in our environment,so that we can help develop our environment and help reduces crime rate.

We want to create in them the spirit of self dependent,this workshop is to teach them our to make soap,candles and to improve their business, we hope to give out founds to some of them to start on their own, so that with time they can contribute tro our society positively. We are able to raise founds from withing and out side the country, and we are still looking and hoping that good hearted people who wish to surport this empowerment project can still send in their contributions.

Empowerment is some thing that i want every one to cultivate, where ever they are, and i want

to say that if only countries can empower their citizens, there will be a low rate of poverty in the world. I want to say that in the next conference coming up in Shanghai, i want that more emphanses need to be place on empowerment. So that, those who are on employed can also contribute to national development. We in the NGOs are more closer to the people than the government, so let us really work, so that, to some extent we are able to fight against poverty.

Becuase in life people who love people give things to people.
